What's the difference between public and private warehousing?
Public warehousing is shared space billed per pallet or square foot — flexible and short-term friendly. Private warehousing dedicates space, handling rules, and reporting to a single client under contract.
What does "bonded" storage mean?
Bonded warehousing holds dutiable goods under customs supervision so duties are deferred until the goods leave for domestic consumption — or avoided entirely if re-exported. We offer bonded space across ambient, refrigerated, and farm-product classes.
Do you handle grain and farm products?
Yes — farm-product warehousing and grain elevator storage, both refrigerated and non-refrigerated, public or private, bonded or free.
