The terms governing your use of this website and your engagement of AMAZON RERISE LLC.
1. Scope
These Terms govern use of the Site and its informational content. Any storage relationship is governed exclusively by the warehouse receipt, storage agreement, or contract executed for that engagement. Nothing on this Site creates a bailment, warehouse receipt, or storage obligation between you and us.
2. Description of Services
AMAZON RERISE LLC provides warehousing and storage services, including: public and private warehousing of general merchandise; bonded warehousing (general merchandise, refrigerated, farm products, and other classes); refrigerated and cold storage warehousing and locker services; farm-product warehousing and grain elevator storage; and specialty storage including automobile dead storage, document storage and warehousing, lumber storage terminals, bulk petroleum storage, fur storage for the trade, and whiskey warehousing. Site descriptions are summaries only; rates, space, handling rules, and liability terms are defined solely in the applicable written agreement.
3. Warehouse Receipts and Liability for Stored Goods
Goods accepted into our custody are stored pursuant to warehouse receipts and/or storage agreements issued at receipt. Those documents — consistent with applicable law including UCC Article 7 — govern liability for loss or damage to stored goods, including any declared-value limits, claim-notice periods, and exclusions (such as inherent vice, concealed damage, or acts of God). Nothing on this Site modifies those terms. We encourage all customers to review their receipt terms and maintain appropriate insurance on stored property.
4. No Professional Advice
Content on this Site — including descriptions of bonded storage, customs, and cold-chain services — is informational only and does not constitute legal, customs, tax, or logistics advice. Consult qualified professionals regarding your specific cargo, compliance obligations, and insurance needs.
5. Accuracy of Information
We work to keep Site content accurate but make no representation or warranty — express or implied — as to its completeness, accuracy, or availability. Rates, capacity, and service availability change; nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance. Any quotation is provided only in writing following an inquiry.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site and its contents — text, graphics, logos, layout, and design — are the property of AMAZON RERISE LLC or its licensors, protected by United States intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference only.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law;
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in an inquiry;
- Transmit unsolicited advertising, spam, or bulk messages;
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems;
- Introduce malware, destructive code, or automated scraping tools;
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent affiliation;
- Interfere with the Site's operation or another party's use of it.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMAZON RERISE LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM SITE USE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). LIABILITY FOR STORED GOODS, IF ANY, IS GOVERNED SOLELY BY THE APPLICABLE WAREHOUSE RECEIPT OR STORAGE AGREEMENT.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AMAZON RERISE LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Natrona County, Wyoming, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.
14. Severability and Waiver
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms continues in effect. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version here. The "Last Updated" date reflects the latest revision; continued Site use after changes constitutes acceptance.
